CARE & MAINTENANCE

Keep out of direct sunlight to preserve color.

If not framing, I suggest leaving the print in the protective sleeve.
Prints and cards will be shipped out within 3-5 business days. Custom enlargements are made to order.

Once your order ships via USPS I will follow up with tracking information. All items will be shipped via the USPS. If you would like for the items to be shipped Priority, please email me (info@danilisephoto.com) and the shipping costs will be adjusted.

Please allow 7-10 days after your order for it to arrive at your house. If it will be longer, I will let you know.

If you order custom print(s) from me, I then order them from a professional printing lab. Once I receive the print(s), I inspect them and then ship them out to you.

International orders can take up to 2-3 weeks depending on the location. Please be patient if you are experiencing a delay.
My top priority is a happy customer! If you are not completely satisfied with the final print that you receive, please feel free to contact me within 3 days of receipt and I will be glad to provide a refund or exchange, provided you return the item(s) in the same condition they were sent in and pay the return shipping costs.

The returned/exchanged item will need to be shipped back to me within 7 days of delivery.

Once an order is placed I will not accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Digital downloads

NOTE: custom orders (both prints and gallery wrap canvas pieces) are not refundable, they can only be exchanged for the same item in the event that there is an issue with shipping. These items are custom made for each customer.

Prints 20x20 and larger are expensive and printed on demand. There will be a 40% restocking fee on returns.

International orders cannot be returned for custom charges levied.
